The dates for this high adventure will be August 3 rd through August 14 th of 2026. Adventurers and Navigators who are 14 or have completed the 8th grade are invited to participate.      Community West Church Join with other Trail Life leaders around RVA to keep up with events that are happening, sharing ideas, enjoying fellowship of fellow leaders. 2025 marks the trial of triannual Trail Gathering events...3 times a year:  May, September, January.  We're starting on the last Thursday of the month...we're flexible, but thought that might be easy to remember and a lot of troops don't meet on Thursday's.  Location is flexible, we're open to suggestions on who would like to host one. The last Trail Gathering of 2025 will be at Community West Church, 2340 Pump Rd, Henrico, VA September 25th at 6pm.  Drive past the church on the right down to our pavilion in the back of the property.  Dinner will be served at 6pm...pulled pork sandwiches, baked beans, mac & cheese and apple crisp.   Cost is $5/person.

     Bethlehem Baptist Church Join with other Trail Life leaders around RVA to keep up with events that are happening, sharing ideas, enjoying fellowship of fellow leaders. The first Trail Gathering of 2026 will be at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 9600 Midlothian Turnpike, North Chesterfield, VA at 6pm.  Dinner will be served at 6pm...salad, lasagna and tiramsu or cannolis for dessert.   Cost is $5/person. Meeting to start at about 6:45.  If you don't need supper, you can attend with no cost.

     Cumberland Grand Forest Trail Life Usa is holding a national competition for marksmanship skills using 22 rifles at 50 feet. We plan to hold a TLRVA regional shoot at the Cumberland Grand Forest on August 23rd from 9 to 2pm.
    You can bring your own 22LR rifle with or without a scope or borrow one of ours.  There are four divisions: navigator with scope, navigator with iron sights, adventurer with scope, and adventurer with irons. 
    Please pick times earlier in the day before choosing afternoon slots. The morning will be more comfortable and if we aren't full be kind to the volunteers so they can go and have more family time. I we have early open slots we may call to move you earlier. Thank you.
