FIRST TRIANNUAL RVA TRAIL GATHERING 2026

Join with other Trail Life leaders around RVA to keep up with events that are happening, sharing ideas, enjoying fellowship of fellow leaders.

There will be three Trail Gathering events in 2026.   They are scheduled for the last Thursdays of the month of January, May and September.   Location is flexible, we’re open to suggestions on who would like to host one.

The first Trail Gathering of 2026 will be at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 9600 Midlothian Turnpike, North Chesterfield, VA at 6pm.  Dinner will be served at 6pm…salad, lasagna and tiramsu or cannolis for dessert.   Cost is $5/person.

Meeting to start at about 6:45.  If you don’t need supper, you can attend with no cost.

     Community West Church Join with other Trail Life leaders around RVA to keep up with events that are happening, sharing ideas, enjoying fellowship of fellow leaders. 2025 marks the trial of triannual Trail Gathering events...3 times a year:  May, September, January.  We're starting on the last Thursday of the month...we're flexible, but thought that might be easy to remember and a lot of troops don't meet on Thursday's.  Location is flexible, we're open to suggestions on who would like to host one. The last Trail Gathering of 2025 will be at Community West Church, 2340 Pump Rd, Henrico, VA September 25th at 6pm.  Drive past the church on the right down to our pavilion in the back of the property.  Dinner will be served at 6pm...pulled pork sandwiches, baked beans, mac & cheese and apple crisp.   Cost is $5/person.
